If you had the choice of living in a house and never travelingand doing what?
OR selling the house and living in a nice scamp trailer and nice car going all over the US and meeting all kinds of people and seeing all the beauty of this country which would you choose?
Consider that your health is good and you are able to do either.
I would try to do both. . . Even if it meant selling my home to buy something smaller 
The RV parks are actually really cheap although compared to using your utilities at home.
